A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available immediately at
North Carolina State University.
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will focus their work on research
and development of advanced lithium-ion battery materials. Although the
work will focus on anode materials, candidates with experience in
cathodes, separators, electrolytes and/or battery designs are welcome to
apply.
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will be responsible on designing and
carrying out experiments, analyzing data, writing reports to federal
funding agency, writing papers for publication, and help mentoring
junior researchers to conduct their research.
The following are the minimum qualifications required for the candidate
• Ph.D. degree in textile engineering, materials science and
engineering, chemical engineering, polymer materials, or other related
fields.
• No less than 5 journal publications.
• Student mentoring experience
