要很炫的3D图的话，我的步骤如下（材料相关）
1) Generate the molecular/crystal models with Nano-Engineering (good for
arbitrary small molecular) or Crystal Maker (v2.5.1 Good for crystal and
large compound).
*Nano-Engineering
If not working or can not open, use the portable version.
2) Export .pdb format.
* .XYZ can get the pure coordiates and can be converted to .pdb using Open
Babel.
3) Use Polytrans to convert .pdb to any other format required like Rhnio (
Use default settings, the atoms can larger than 2000 or even more).
4. Open the converted files use Rhino (4.0 or higher), render it using V-ray
.
