you can try oak lake park, pioneer park, holmes park or branched oak lake.
i prefer the first two. but you still need to wait for the right time in a
day (morning or dawn), or wait for the cloud in the sky (like before or
after a storm). otherwise, the view is simply too ordinary.
you can also try sunken garden for flowers in the summer.
then, the next closest place you might want to try is Niobrara State Park,
including the park itself and a big bridge over the Missouri river near th
