１１月12日到１２月３１日。此后可以单月续租，也可以续签半年或一年的合同。房租
是＄７０５／月，其中包括暖气，空调，水，垃圾处理和停车费。 １１月份的房租我
们可以协商。
我们的房子在地上二层，面南背北，房前无高树，采光很好。目前维护的也很好。
公寓位于７８街跟PACIFIC交界处，步行可到WALMART，KOHLS， FURNITUREMART等许多
购物中心以及UNO。雪天的清理很及时。整个环境安静美丽，安全，属半封闭于外界。
公寓属６６学区（WESTSIDE），此区的公立教育非常好。小学中学和高中几乎都是最好
的。从小学三年级开始此区有EYI课程（EXCELLENT YOUTH INDIVIDUL），类似于国内的
天才班。我的孩子在此受益匪浅。在我们的小区内有许多中国家庭和孩子们。

I'm looking for someone to assume remaining two months of my lease on a two-
bedroom apartment at Pacific Gardens Apartment (from Nov 6, 2010 to Dec. 31,
2011 ). After that you can continue the lease month to month.
Pacific Gardens locates at 78th and Pacific Street, close to UNO and Med
Center. Walking distance to many shopping centers, like Walmart, Kohls,
Furniture Mart and Bath & bed beyond etc. Apartment faces south with very
good sunshine in living room. Rent is $705/ month, utilities included (heat,
air conditioning, water, sewer, trash and parking), all you need to pay is
rent and electric bill (20-30/month, winter and summer). The property is
very beautiful with free fitness center and it is always well maintained in
snowing days.
It locates at 66 School district which is well known for its public
education. The school rates of Loveland Elementary, Westside middle, and
Westside high school are all 10. That is why so many Chinese families living
in this property now.
