I think this short article from nature reviews describes the basic themes of
neuroimmunology and also introduces some articles in this field.
What I remember is that the multiple sclerosis is the most studied
neuroimmunoglogic disease, but there are growing evidence showing that
immune system can play a role in other neurologic diseases such as ischaemic
brain injury and spinal cord injury.
I don't think "大脑拥有自己的免疫系统", but rather the immune system in the
brain is part of the whole body, so when we want to suppress the effect of
immune system in the brain, we will increase the risk for infection.
