trained the monkey, and monitor cortical signals at the same time, then
found some patterns to control robot arm. this is really similar to
mechanical systems.
is this approach pretty standard and mature? this is more like a one-way
communication, can we talk with brain? any success? thanks. |

they collaborte with professors in department of statistics
So a lot of techniques developed there are in the cutting-ege of this
area.
Read their papers listed in the laboratory
Take a at least 3-year research in their laboratory could let you
enter into the area

发帖数: 2405 | 7 I know a little bit about visual prosthetics. It's promising and two
limitations I can think of now are:
1. Engineering problem. Images generated is displayed in pixels so at this
point the resolution is far from good although patients can visualize a few
simpe objects.
2. Remaining retinal neural activity interferes with outcome.
We deal with the 2 one and you guys can take 1. Lol |
