昨天在NJ吃了张罚单，明显没事找事型（开始说我后边的玩具挡住视野，后来罚单上说
是FRONT OBSTRUCTION -- 就一个GPS和挂着的小玩具， 估计警察听说我们去CAPE MAY
，自己还要加班，羡慕嫉妒恨。。。
如果plea not guilty, 必须上庭吗？有没有on line hearing like NY (sent emails
and picture)
或者如果plea guilty， 有没有那种discount type, like NY always give you 20-35
% reduction if you agree to pay.

后跟了上来，进本上是它没抓到我，很不爽的样子，我也很不爽，要不是车上有几个

人,上COURT有时还要给$30/$35 不管有没有赢. |

但是按照那个条例，连残趴证都不能挂的（只能停车的时候挂）。
现在用GPS的人多了。警察一般不管，但是他要开了单子你还只好认。
有没有组织说客的，把这个条款推翻。

If you get pulled over, with papers in order and no legitimate violations, your friendly neighborhood Police Officer can write you a ticket for having anything on the windshield and/or hanging from your rear-view mirror to the tune of $54, here in New Jersey. It's pointless to fight it, because there is no acceptable object size/plac
