所以大家在准备2010年和review过去年份的税表时要特别注意
1. 申报探亲父母为dependent要慎重
2. 什么样的情况下可以做Ebiz，可以有1099-M收入
不要因小失大。

今天去开信箱，发现有一封IRS的信，说是the examination process.我是学生，说是
we are examining your federal income tax return/liability for the year(s)
shown above (2008) and need you to provide us with documentation (Wages,
Residency Status, Treaty-Exempt Income。我一直都是做TA，根据20（B）和20（C）
退了全部的联邦税（2008年和2009年）。不知道为什么发信来向我要2008年的文件，需
要的文件包括：
complete copies of your U.S. federal tax returns for the 2006 and 2007 tax
years.
certified document confirming your positions of employment in 2008.
a copy of any contracts you entered into with your 2008 employer.
a copy of your certification and identification documents required for your
employment, and a copy of your visa.
transcripts showing enrollment from the date you first arrived through at
least the end of 2008.
documentation about dates of employment (beginning and ending)
a statement listing the history of your legal immigration status.
documentation to establish your original date of arrival in the U.S.
还要填两个questionnaire,一个是Alien Status Questionnaire,另一个是Tax Treaty
Benefits Questionnaire.
我不知道是不是我退税的问题，20（B）的文件是一个朋友给我的，说很多人都这样退
税，这样就不止可以退前5000，而是可以退全部。但我又想可能不是退税的问题，不然
为什么只要我2008年的文件，不要2009年的呢？反正收到IRS这样的信挺慌的，不知道
是什么事情。。。

且现在w-7是和1040同时File的，所以很多人不能locate他们的TIN For future use,
2011年将有可能该回现取得TIN，然后再申报。

report miscellaneous income, such as income earned as a non-employee, as
well as fees, commissions, rents, or royalties paid during the last tax year
. Payments for prizes, awards, legal services, and other non-employee
activities may be reported on this form as well.
很多非移民身份是不可以有1099-M 收入的，但如果有了，就必须申报，所以需要咨询
专业人员，看如何合理处理。
