学区面积朝向外观房型都不错，缺点是：地下室未装修，厨房很旧可能需要重做，地板
等也需要更新，简言之，就是保持了旧貌，没有任何renovation.Roof看起来也比较老
旧，据seller说10-15年旧。还有一个最重要的缺陷就是这个房子位于一条Main Road。
有经验的说说，如果我重新做厨房，中档的那种，然后加上所有的地板换成中档木地板
（2000 square foot)，加刷所有的墙，labor加材料得要多少钱？（我没钱做地下室
for sure）我不知道这些work需要多少钱，也不晓得counter回去多少钱了？320K？我
的dual agent到是不Push.我很想听听过来人的建议！谢谢！ | j***k

地板价格差别很大如果要求不高，2万也可以搞定。
roof换掉12000－20000，看多大面积。
装修的东西钱都可以搞定，不必担心。
但是main street上面的房子re-sale比较难，一般有小孩的人家都不会考虑。这样市场
就少了2／3。特别是如果房子是在好的学区，既然已经付了好学区的premium但又没有
有小孩的家庭愿意购买，这个情况就比较参了。 | p*******n

的时候， 看了上面和你的回复，我都不想买了。我们将要有我们的第一个孩子，但是

some good faith, maybe make it $318 and say that its really hitting your
budget?
Also, you should go to city-data.com, zillow.com and chase home value
estimator to have a better idea how much that home worths.

this house (460k), the county assessment is about 420k. Just compared with
those estimations, its counter price looks good. I just got a phone call
from my agent. She said there is another bidder jump in. I have to wait how
that offer looks like and then think about the next step.

finished vs unfinished basement, and etc. It does not account for the general condition of the house.
So, the question is on the house's interior/exterior condition and wether it
is above or below the average you would expect in the neigborhood.
But having the Zillow price above what you would pay for is always a good thing.
Nevermind about other offers that your agent is telling you. They always say

$2K in newport would only get you a studio under 500 sq ft. for $2k in
trenton, you can rent an entire block, but then you would have to take the
risk of being shot by some teenagers in execution style.
