act, but in practice i'm sure they r getting some benefits.
if u r interested, u can call independent title companies for quotes
and see what the spread is. it can be as high as 1k+.

probibited by law. I really don't think they will get money back from the
title company, At most will be year ending gift.
I you like, you can request the lawyer to use the title company you choose.
The title insurance is pretty fixed ~2700. The lawyer cost is about in the
range of 600 to 1000. |

And hundreds of dollars are needed to be a member of one of them.
Currently, I only have access to Garden State MLS and TrendMLS. I could not
help with any properties outside of this database. |
