改了政策了，开始收手续费了。而且你离境前要打电话给客服，告诉他们几号到几号，
你会在中国用卡。
我在中国银行的atm机上也有用boa的卡取钱，取一次钱异地手续费是5美元，交易费好
像是3%还是7%来着。

BOA建行取款手续费的事一直都是谣传。
我有张卡一直放在国内，上个月取过，没手续费。当然汇率是一直变小，取1000人民币
从去年的$147慢慢变到$152了。你要硬说这变化的汇率就包含了那1%的手续费，那我也
没办法了。

withdrawals in currency other than U.S. Dollars, regardless of whether or
not the transaction occurred at an ATM in a country covered in the ATM
Global Alliance. The International Transaction Fee will be 3% of the U.S.
Dollar amount for each converted purchase or 1% of the U.S. Dollar amount
for each converted ATM cash withdrawal. This International Transaction Fee

就像你找discover的CSR问在中国用卡是不是要收Foreign transaction fee一样
建行和BOA是一个网络
discover和银联是一个网络所以都没有额外费用

这个规定出台了没一年也有半年了，我家里一直在用我的BOA卡取了好几年了，我刚去
看了一下online bank statement，去年10月，12月，今年1月，2月，3月都取过，从$
150.74变到-$152.63，但从没出现过你帖子里说的“separate item of 1% fee on
statement”。

取，能
reimburse atm fee，而且没foreign fee。直接刷卡消费就不清楚有没有foreign fee
了。
