1 bed is about $1800 - $2000
2 beds is about $2500 - $3000
the price is about the same no matter how close/far from the PATH station.
The ones that are closer to the PATH (5-10 mins walk) would just smaller and most don't have parking. The ones that are further (10-15 mins walk) would be bigger and most have parking... There are also a few shuttle bus routes in Hoboken, for $1 they can take you to the train station.
Hoboken is a fine place and I had lived there for a few years.. It also has
many good daycares.. I like it better than Newport. Newport has too many A3...

Newly built apartment and very close to path ( about 1-2 minutes)
Price is resonable and if you apply now, you can have one month discount
They have studio, 1bedroom and 1 bathroom etc. | s*********n
