It's called confirming jumbo, or high balance confirming loan. It's not real
jumbo,
as of now, the rate you could get is 4.0% with about $1000 extra credits
toward your escrow account in addition to no closing cost assuming it's single family and you have good credit score.

发帖数: 3523 | 5 480K的loan属于high balance或者说是super conforming，不是jumbo loan。要在
mercer county的话就jumbo了。 |
