But I wouldn't say $1750 for a studio is cheap, it's just fair.. After all,
50Columbus is not 70 greene.

发帖数: 8162 | 5 ah, yeah... Newport is ridiculous, and so not worth it. I think 70 Greene
is more expensive... One of my friends just signed a lease for a 1br for $
2500. His has nice water view though -- you can see the butt of the
Statue of Liberty...
I know a bunch of condo owners are leasing their 1br apts out around
Newport and exchange place area. Typically the owners of the A building
ask for lower $2000's for an east facing 1br. One good thing about condos
is that the parking and gas are typically included, and the amenity is
generally better.

发帖数: 9 | 7 可能是因为面积稍微小一点吧，我原来找过2000左右的基本都在600SqFt以上，不过这
栋楼里最划算的就是studio和1br了，其他都贵的离谱。
