原文如下，我的理解是认错交罚款，在这个条上签字，跟罚金一起放在信封里。
但是头两句话什么意思呢？完全糊涂了，
谁能帮解释一下。

除了Parking的罚款以外，其他的都会作为你的违规记录永远钉在你的驾驶记录上。 |
