Job Description
The Head of Global Aquaculture Business is responsible for all global
marketing and technical services activities of MSD's Aquaculture business.
Together with country operations, is responsible for achieving financial
targets: sales, expenses and profits. Will design and lead implementation of
short and long-term strategic plans. Responsible for driving R&D focus and
decisions, and indicate business priorities for all other internal functions
. Will continuously pursue business development opportunities to ensure the
industry's best pipeline and product portfolio, and maintain market
leadership. Directly manages the global marketing and technical teams, and
indirectly all employees in the country organizations dedicated to the
Aquaculture industry.
Desired Skills & Experience
Education Minimum Requirement: Solid academic and experience background in
Marketing, Sales and/or Business Management in Animal Health or Aquaculture
sector.
Required Experience and Skills - Minimum of 10 years in AH or Aquaculture
sectors; minimum of 5 years in leadership positions in international /
multicultural environment. Sales or marketing in the Animal Health or
Aquaculture sectors. Superior strategic, leadership and communication skills
.
Desired Experience and Skills - Animal Science or Veterinary degree, or
experience in Aquaculture production or marketing.
