1. Take Toefl
1-1. Optional: take SAT as well - if targeting better schools.
2. Applying school for Fall 2013 around Nov 2012.
2-1. Mail the supplement documents to school as directed by the school
3. if school accepted, follow the school's instructor to accept the offer,
and wait for the I-20.
4. Take I-20 to apply US VISA.
5. If VISA granted, buy ticket and come.
Well... Even community college wants Toefl scpre, they just care less even
if you get a lower score in Toefl.
Better school should have better chance to grant US VISA, but there are
always chance to be rejected. I guess the student family's financial
situation had a bigger effect on applying US VISA. | D*****y
