否则， 房价跌20%, 政府开支就裁减20%?

发帖数: 731 | 10 If the similar houses like yours declined in price, your house market value
declined. If the ratio of your house assessed value to market value exceeds
15 percentage point to your township average ratio, then you can appeal.
But this is the process you have to initiate, and the township will not
volunteer to lower your tax until the following reasons:
1. The cost of running township government decreased like hire freeze, let-
go employees, savings from utilities, etc.
2. The township may do a re-assessment for everyone, so your house value may
be lowered and others may be increased and you will pay less and others
will pay more.
The thing is the government starts by looking at how much money they need to
run, then divides up among these so called assessed values. Christie put a
3% cap on budget increases but with 6 exceptions. I don't remember all of
them but health care and debt payment are two of these 6. On top of that,
public employees start paying part of health care premium. So keep Christie
in Jersey and keep f democrats till their shits are out!

去居然说要八月第一个星期才会寄出来，收钱都不积极，不知道怎么搞的，记得以前不

这次收到下半年开始的2013的预评估，恍然看到比去年多了百分之十几！打电话问，说
是你的是townhouse吧？townhouse去年的sales显示价格涨了很多，所以这一片
townhouse的估价就反映了这个增值。但是这只是预评估，最终多少税到时候才能确定。
汗啊，我怎么就看不出来这里的townhouse涨价了呢？
