The same goes with Englewood.
Lots of multi-million dollar homes on prestigious acres.
They are NEXT to each other.
But. Englewood Xi Bian, and Teaneck Dong Bian. Basically the same vast area
of a few wards, zhu de shi fei zhou di xiong jie mei. Houses are built on
tiny tiny lots. Zoning is non-existent. Nightmare is better than zhe ge
Ghetto.
I don't mean no disrespect, but the situation is akin to 2 di lao shu shi,
diao jin le a bag of Highest quality rice.
