by taking the way I mentioned in previous message will get more actual
improvement.
Make friends. Depends on your wife want to make what kind of friends. In NJ
each County has "Community College" of which has non-degree courses, such as
Language courses, Cooking courses, gardening courses, etc. But for a
married woman and poor in English not likely make friends unless your wife
more often attend American students' activity, such as Football, Bar, party,
etc.
If you have young school age children, you can go to (weekends) Chinese
school. That's a easier way to make friends (lots of Chinese there).
