They ask you to go to court. Actually not really right away be in "court".
They will let you to talk to the Prosecutor first. The Prosecutor will tell
you the choice to pay extra $$ to reduce the "points".
If there is no such process to ask you go to court, there will be no chance
for the Prosecutor to tell you the "pay money to reduce point" options.
