listing agent, then automatically the listing agent will have exclusively
all the commission (if made the deal finally). Your agent will not have any
legal position get involve into the house selling process and the seller or
listing agent will not even want to talk to your agent. In fact, in this
situation, legally speaking, listing agent is the only agent, no second
agent
in the scope.
However, if your again made the arrangement (such as contact the seller or
the listing agent) for you to see the house but just absent without
physically go with you, that's ok. The seller and the listing agent will
honor your agent as the second agent.
