嗨大家好，我们正在从纽约的一个dealer那里团购钢琴，最后价格是

我们现在已经有十一二人左右付定金. 有一个事情要澄清一下，U1全部
是在日本组装的。这个dealer是yamaha 的authorized dealer,
所有U1是专门给北美生产，其实就是木材按照北美的湿度，温度情况
做过处理。具体情况可以看下边invoice里面的第五条：

Terms:
1. Deposit paid is non-refundable and can only be used towards this buying
group purchase, or toward an individual piano. The Buying Group price above
is valid only until March 25th, 2013, for 20 or more buyers.
2. Client agrees to accept piano delivery on the day and time that is most
convenient to Faust Harrison Pianos. In the event that client fails to
accept delivery on the day and at the time that Faust Harrison schedules,
additional storage and delivery charges would apply.
3. Price includes ground floor delivery. If delivery will be outside that
delivery area, there will be an extra delivery fee. Should there be more
than 3 individual steps at the place of delivery, then client agrees to pay
the movers $10 cash for each additional step (e.g., 8 steps in total would
require a $50 direct payment to the movers). Difficult maneuvers and
hoisting, if required, would also be at additional cost.
4. Price includes one complimentary in-home tuning, valid within 3 months
after delivery. The complimentary tuning will be scheduled at the sole
discretion of the Faust Harrison tuning service. The Faust Harrison Tuning
Service will contact client to schedule the tuning, and can be reached via
email at s*****[email protected]. If customer is unavailable to
receive the tuning during the availability of the Faust Harrison Pianos’

complementary tuning would be forfeited.
5. Instruments are guaranteed to be brand new Yamaha pianos, built
specifically for the US market. There is a separate ten-year warranty
provided by Yamaha on each piano. This is included with the client’s
purchase. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by abuse or
improper maintenance. Improper maintenance specifically includes (but is not
limited to) exposing piano to ambient conditions of high or low temperature
and/or high or low humidity. To register your piano visit https://www.
yamaha.com/register/pac.asp. To view your warranty online, visit http://usa.yamaha.com/support/warranty/pianos/.
6. Client may elect, at any time during the next five years, to trade this
piano back to Faust Harrison Pianos for credit towards the purchase of any
higher-priced (by $5,000 or more) new or fully rebuilt piano in our
inventory. The trade-in value shall be the above purchase price less all
direct costs to Faust Harrison Pianos associated with the sale and return of
the piano (such as moving and tuning costs and costs to repair any damages)

给了6000的价格，据sales讲是他们从yamaha顶了20台，所以
能把价格降下来。如果有人还想买，可以和他们联系。我也不
知道真假，不过答应了他，所以上来update一下。

我看上面写的是不要税 （for out of state purchase),对吗？

发帖数: 303 | 7 是的，外州的不需要付税给他们。不过你要问一问他们愿意送到
费城不，有可能太远，他们不愿意送。还有，后来又有些NJ的人
去买了，所以不知道他们还给这个价格不。
