呢？生活方便吗？好像很小的样子，华人或亚裔多吗？commute 好像不是特别方便的样
子。

moutain
lakes的高中了。 boonton town 不太好。

错，环境很优雅，靠火车站那边就不行了。

MLH is a great high school. excellent in sports.
you must make sure you are buying in Boonton Township, and not in Boonton.
of course.
The most attractive properties in BTN TS of course are all the farm lands.
get 10 acres, for a little over 1 million. sweet deal.
The Y in MLKS is a VERY good one.
after exercise, You can park on The Boulevard and take LakeLand directly to
midtown.

The Boulevard was closed temporarily for construction. |

Lakes.
take bus to NYC from Boulevard.
Avoid main street and train station area. there really is no need to go that
way. Except going shopping at Wal-Mart which is really convenient and
nearby.

我现在在livingston，montville，whippany和booton twp之间纠结。 L是去我和老公
工作的地方最方便的。但是房子小旧税高，但学区好。

personally i like livin a lot as well.
but to live in BTN TS and MLKS enjoy much better QOL (quality of life)
but, a lot of people do not care about QOL. so it's all personal choices.

Montville is popular among chinese for its many amenities.
personally, i like Montv because of the lake area.

Lakes.
