read its description, my god, built 1927.
House as old as those years, its safety standard, electrical wiring, water
pipe soldering, etc, may not as well required by the township/government.
Unless I misread something, it does not mention nature gas and did not
mention city water. Not sure if you care.
By the way, unless specific reasons attract you about Millburn, otherwise,
not sure if you want to pay $779000 for this old house
Likely the reason it ask for $779000 is because the owner bought this house
with too high price at year 2005 with $789500.

这个房子，位置不错，无论去火车站，小学，中学，都是走路可以到的。
房子老，但是维护的不错，都是Remodel过的。二楼三个房，Loft一个卧室。
就是这个价钱，太过于吓人了。明确得知，两条街外，一个房子，老太太卖，一个装修
起码花10多万的房子，11个offers。而且必须放弃mortgage contingency.

It is not really three bedroom on second level. To get to the third floor
loft, you have to go through one of the bedrooms. It's really only 3 bedroom
