这学期准备申请州内学费，可以省点钱，过日子不容易啊。学校要求有一个sworn，
notarized statement from the student declaring domicile in NJ for a period
of one year.
大概就是一个宣誓书，本来在新州住满一年这样的宣誓，但是好像是要去银行或者
townhall盖章之类的。
所以问问有人知道吗？是要去银行或者townhall呢，找谁呢？

branch) to ask to notarize the document. It is free (no cost to you) if you
have an account with that bank. It is better to sign the paper in front of
the person.
It is also other places you can pay a fee to get notarize service.

Service is a service to certify the person signed the paper is the actual
person name (and may be address also) shown in the paper.
Nothing to do with your visa status at all.

以享受州内学费，不过我们学校可以，所以我就试试看。

Yes, you prepare the statement/letter before you go to the bank, and when
the bank officer ready to handle the Notarize your paper, then sign it in
front of that officer. Note: bank cashier does not do this, you need to
have the bank officer. Usually, in the bank, the person sit with desk are
officer :-)

拿好要签字的文件过去签字就可以了。
