suitable condos for investment in the nj/ny area. What is a realistic net
return on asset nowadays? what areas are good? other than condos, what else
could be good invsetments?
I'm in market for one at the moment; could line up more if it works out.

business men and investment immigrate to this country. I closed 208B Kelly
cove, Mount Laurel, NJ on Sept 23 for 135,000 cash, and got it rented on Oct
6 for $1200 per month for 12 month lease. Rate of return is about 7% to 8%.
