自己property的范围其实也是有必要的。
如果seller有旧的survey，让律师准备一个affidavit of no change就可以了。 | P*********t

Cash buyer should still take care of small little things (without a banker
meddling behind)
Because when something happens suddenly little things are not little
anymore.
You can save money however if you don't buy the marker from survey firms.
Just get the drawings and lay down the marker yourself. |
