费费时间在没有discount的点排队，先了解一下。
是不是就只有lincoln tunnel、holland tunnel和George Washington bridge这三个点
有这个carpool discount？
走staten island和曼哈顿东边的那几座桥都没有这个carpool discount的对不？ |

每天上班commute的人才能满足了。。。
Thruway Tappan Zee Bridge Carpool Commuter Plan: Receive a $4.50 discount ($
0.50 versus $5.00 cash rate) on the Tappan Zee Bridge. Three (3) or more
occupants must be in the vehicle. The $0.50 toll applies only at staffed
lanes; $3.00 per trip is charged in unstaffed lanes. A minimum of 20 trips
per month is required. If fewer than 20 trips are taken per month, you will
be charged $0.50 for each trip not taken.

直接付钱就是了
