从马里兰州Lease了辆新车，马里兰的滴乐给了张马里兰的临时牌照和一个马里兰的临
时Regrenation，没有给inspection sticker。
滴乐说只要临时牌照就可以上路了。他们会在3周内把正式牌照和Registration寄过来
，然后我自己去NJ的state inspection station领5年的new car inspection sticker
。（我从没去过state inspection station，因为之前买的ML350从dealer提车的时候
就有5年sticker了。）
但是根据MVC的网站，貌似所有车辆必须有inspection sticker才能上路？
而外州lease的车必须要申请一个14天的临时inspection sticker: http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/Inspections/VehiclesLeased.htm
The completed vehicle registration packet will include a Green Card (SS-19
Form) that is valid for 14 days. Place the Green Card in the lower left
corner of the windshield as temporary authorization to drive the vehicle
但是这个临时的14天的sticker必须等滴乐把正式牌照和Registration搞定了之后才有。
这样一来我的新车岂不是在收到正式牌照和Registration前只能停车库了。。。。。。
。。。
