也没什么优惠，价格跟cash一样。查了ezpass的discount plan，貌似没有适用NJ
turnpike的。不知道有类似通勤情况的是如何解决这个问题的？ |

Available Discount Programs
GENERAL INFORMATION
Peak periods are 7 to 9 a.m. and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and
all day Saturday and Sunday
The discounts described below are offered to customers of the NJ E-ZPass
Program, regardless of their state of residency
No multiple discounts are offered for tag-specific discount programs;
patrons must choose which discount program they prefer
SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT
Program offers 10 percent discount on off-peak rate for drivers 65 and older
on the Turnpike and Parkway
Available only through the NJ E-ZPass Program
Customers must enroll in the plan and provide proof of age
Customers must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle registered in
your name or your spouse's name
Private accounts only (no business or commercial)
Discount is tag-specific; it applies only to a specified tag within an
account
All trips are eligible for the discount provided they are off-peak (i.e.,
the discount is not limited to one trip per day)
Eligible senior must be in the car at the time the transaction occurs

GREEN PASS DISCOUNT
Program offers 10 percent discount on off-peak rate for drivers in vehicles
rated at 45 miles per gallon or better and meeting the California Super
Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (SULEV) standard. The Chevrolet Volt was added to
the list of eligible vehicles in 2011.
Applies to Turnpike and Parkway
Is available only through the NJ E-ZPass Program
Customers must enroll in the plan and provide proof of eligibility
Private accounts only (no business or commercial)
Discount is tag-specific; it applies only to specified tag within an account
. (A special green tag is issued to customers who enroll in this program)
All off-peak trips are eligible for the discount
Aggregate value of discount is capped at $250,000 per year for all eligible
participants
Discount will expire November 30th, 2018
To apply, call New Jersey E-ZPass at 1-888-AUTOTOLL (1-888-288-6865)
OFF-PEAK TURNPIKE PASSENGER DISCOUNT
Amount of discount is per toll rate tables
Automatic opt-in (discount is available only to NJ E-ZPass Program Customers
and is applied automatically; no need to apply)

所以，这是选民们要求涨价的。
