He is a broker. A rebate broker. His agents are rebate agents.
Jack makes a couple hundred dollars only on a deal.
His brokerage returns a big chunk of commission back to buyers as rebate.
Jack as a broker wins on volume. Small profit each deal but wins by flood
of deals.
His agent makes same money as other regular agents on each deal, but gets
the flood of deals. So they make loads of $$$ as result.
Sellers win big because they only pay $300. That's all.
Buyers win big because they not only bought the house, but get some cash
back at closing.
What hangs in the balance is the question. Does every client get what they
want.
