BOA most likely had a losing lien on the home previously.
It uses Sheriff to kick the people out and paid a token $1000 for the
kicking service.

it was just sold a bit TOO HIGH previously. and the town also went ahead,
raised the assessment to the 600 level.
Now it's back to the 499/500 sale price level it ought to be.
