现在网上付钱发现显示的牌照号和我NJ的plate不一样。比如我是Y5开头，显示是96开
头。我的plate 6位，网上显示7位。
请问这样可以dispute吗，还是不用管不付钱就是了？谢谢。 |

issued for your car?
May be the Ticket was on the other car and that car owner dislike it and put
on your car?
