that cop pressed one new charge against me besides "speeding" - Here it is -
"PlEASE TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to section 710.30 of the Criminal Procedure Law,
that during Trial of the above matter, the People intend to offer evidence of
a Statement(s) made by the Defendant to a Public Servant:
I JUST SLOWED DOWM OUTTA RESPECT FOR YOU
I UNDERSTAND THAT FALSE STATEMENTS MADE HEREIN ARE PUNISHABLE AS A CLASS A
