如果我花超支了, 交易不会被approve. 那就不存在overdraft, 为啥还要收overdraft fee呢?

我不明白Chase是希望我开Overdraft Coverage ,还是不开.
我也不明白既然超支会被denial,为什么还要收超支费.

denial" is incorrect. If your account is in good standing, Chase will
overdraft.

我觉得最近的银行法规收紧, 也是这么说的. 但是从Chase的这封信里, 没感觉到这意
思, 所以困惑的很. Money版也有人困惑.

There are many types of transactions, Chase will not authorize daily debit
card use. However, if your account is in good standing, your checks and
recurring payment will be authorized (and overdraft fees will occur) without
sufficient funds.
You do not needs this plan if you don't plan on having cash flow problems.

新法不允许了啊.
理论上不加入那program, 超支不会通过, 也就没事. 可是Chase的信suggest
otherwise
