there are organizations for homeless and i often see ads in the subway tells
you not to give money to those ppl and call xxxx-xxx-xxx no, if you see one
...
i only give money to those who performs and make me smile.

The city is urging New Yorkers in a new subway ad campaign not to give spare
change to homeless people - and to call 311 instead.
"Giving money to a pandhandler may seem compassionate, but you're really not
helping that person longterm," Mayor Bloomberg said at City Hall Tuesday.
Officials said there were 3,306 homeless people counted on streets and

There is a big difference between "HOUSE" and "HOME". You want to have a
home, not a house. Streets and parks are better place for the real homeless
, than those "houses".
Talk to some of them bah... Some of them are very nice. Some of them are
in their own worlds.
