求版上牛人推荐一些关于trading process, operations and technology的书．
可以walk me through the process from beginning to the end, from client
services to operations to technology, data processing; from individual
brokers to trading firms then clearing firms to exchanges.
and most up-to-date financial regulations that affect the way that firms
trade.
不用全部囊括进去，可以分开．
必须是英文．
