如果在中等的区租或买个小condo，
比如户内面积550~650sqft（60几个yard?）的小套间，大概要多少米呢 | l*******j

如果是中城这样的，2000以上是肯定的，估计得2500以上。

A $200,000 parking space is about $1,333 per square foot.
If parking at the Onyx Chelsea, a new 52-unit condo at 28th Street and Eighth Avenue, is any indication, there is plenty of demand.
