二战出生的人口潮(baby boomers)即将进入退休高峰，而且这大批人退休存款并不多--
-卖方压力将会持续上涨，房价不可能会有大的上涨空间。
If you guys think house price might go up, don't think too much, just do it.
Now you have your huge bonus and you could invest.
Open a real estate trust fund, everyone puts money into the fund and gets a
share, then start buying houses using the fund. Without actually doing it,
how could you know what is going to happen?

So, anybody knows how to create a multi-poster blog?
I think that's probably better than googlegroups?

You want to buy house, trade on REIT, trade on ETF, trade on HPI index,
trade on MBS/ABS index, or trade on individual MBS/ABS/CDO?

eventually, some persistent core activists will emerge and we will be able
to do something together as opportunities arise... :=)

发帖数: 8550 | 19 What I could see, is, if you know some area housing price is recovering
while others don't, you could buy some old ABS/MBS pool which has more
mortgages in that area then you might make some money.
Last year (2010) lot of ABS traders made huge money by doing this simple
little trick.
