============= Linux System Administrator ============================
This is an excellent opportunity to imprint your professional and technical
skills on our new proprietary web-serving software. Your responsibilities
will be, but are not limited to day to day monitoring and management of
production and test hardware, reviewing and proactively updating system
configuration based on the needs of the infrastructure and providing
recommendations on ways to improve the current system. Applicants must
demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a
positive attitude and be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
* 2-4 years of Unix systems administration
* Proven technical troubleshooting and performance tuning experience
* Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment
* Knowledge of scripting languages - Ruby, PHP, Perl, Python
* Familiarity with MySql
* Apache administration skills
* BA/BS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
