than those of manhattan, the enovironment is def better. and the F train is
not bad...
i take the E train now, a lot worse....
The subway in general is just a shit hole.

in the city.
Studio is around $1700
I prefer living with roommate because it is more fun.

has amazing view :)
F is not that bad. Easily connect to Midtown, K-town/Herald Sq, C-town etc

When NYC MTA drivers went on strike last time, I actually used the Tram to
get out of Manhattan. It feels great riding it, feels like it's taking you
to UTAH, if you know what I mean.
Just make sure you Pee Pee before going on the Tram. There were occasional
malfunctions and when that happens, the stronger bladders win! :)

still hang out together with my roommates EVERYDAY. My roommates also bring
girls home often. They are my best best friends. Also I don't care they make
out anywhere in my apartment except my bedroom.
