发帖数: 263 | 1 住在apartment building里面，已经签了下一年的lease了。最近楼上的邻居非常吵，
非常吵，非常吵。。。。。。而且是木地板，让人难以忍受。给management office打
过N多个电话，他们的反应很是不给力，一直都是敷衍的态度，说“我们正在处理，正
在处理。。。。”但是没有任何实质性的进展。我知道纽约的法律好像是说要保护
tenant，如果楼上很吵，是要80%的面积铺地毯的。可是我应该怎样做才能让楼上，或
者management office具体实施这件事情呢？拜谢了～～～ |

西，前5分钟特别吵，后5分钟可能又是什么动静也没有，要是警察真的来了，恐怕也难
抓个现场。
关键还是不知道怎么去push management office去实施那个80%面积铺地毯的问题。现
在楼上是木地板，一点儿动作就会有很响的声音传下来。 |

to be honest, i have live in soo many different apartments... the only
places that didn't give me any noise problem is when i lived on the top
floor...

我家在国内时候 顶楼， 和幼儿园时的一群小孩子来玩跑来跑去 楼下的吊灯都被震掉过

then they decided to rip off the roof and put in a new one... i was
awake on a weekend morning...

WHY do people save up for the down payment?
WHY sacrifice first, No black "C" bags to boast, no ipad2 to fuddle around,
taking sweaty mother fucking ABCDEFG trains...WHY WHY WHY?
A lot of people do that, because they want their money go to the right place
. Once their money are at the right place, then they WON'T have to ask the
question we are talking about now.
considering the time we are in. the economics and all.
I think it is JUST FINE for renters to feel not all that great.
If life is a book, we are in this particular chapter. that's all. |
