我之前以为midtown和downtown的房子都会很贵，但是发现这一地带和曼哈顿110街再北
的价格也差不多（1000刀租两卧室中的一个）。便宜是不是有原因的。。。
这一带从安全因素还有生活便利程度来看，可以考虑么？

withour hesitation if it is true.
I am moving to that area, generally, it is about 4000$ for two rooms. |

from uptown. and it's gotta be a rotten smelly out-of-shape walk-up 5
flights pre-war. |
