New York City Post Offices Closed for the Holiday
MANHATTAN, BRONX, BROOKLYN, QUEENS, STATEN ISLAND, NY- All Post Offices
throughout the five boroughs will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2011, in
observance of the Memorial Day federal holiday. There will be no regular
mail delivery. Only Express Mail will be delivered on May 31. All Post
Offices will re-open with regular mail delivery and collections resuming on
Tuesday, June 1.
Customers requiring postal services on the Memorial Day holiday can take
advantage of the following select Post Offices throughout New York City that
offer 24/7access to Automated Postal Centers (APCs) in their lobbies. They
include:
