发帖数: 400 | 20 老板人本身还是挺实在的,只是在利润压榨上有些过了,忽视了员工的培养吧. 毕竟也这
么多店了,在管理学上还是维持原来在黄金商场底下的方式毕竟是不行. 现在除了他管
得比较多的曼哈顿的两家店,FLUSHING这里的店员都是一副无精打采的样子呢.
虽然如此.....老外还是很趋之若鹜的Xd |

mistake. Usually they're trained to put enough pork/lamb, but it's still
kinda random stuff isn't it. So if you want a bit more, they're required to

using same container to hold cetain amount of pork/lamb, which will
definitely sour if the same chunk gets used way too long without replaced
with newly prepared one.

take so many risks/considerations. since the food size they are providing
are much smaller than most of customers think as reasonable, you can ask how
many of these customers would like to ask more meal each time when they buy
it...
