month. They can do this 3 times. If you miss any, the case will be
dismissed. If you are stubborn enough, by the forth time, you got called

front of a clerk, assign a time and come back for a real hearing.

发帖数: 479 | 5 谢谢。再问一下，如果败诉的话，是不是还要承担被告的出庭费用。我知道自己file
claim的cost在纽约这边是15刀，但不知如果我告的是一个business,那个business的出
庭费用，以及败诉情况下自己的最大损失。
