Flushing.
Local means the train will stop at every station.
Express means the train will only stop at some stations.
They both run at the same speed.
But the 7 train have only THREE rails. The local and Express trains both
have two directional services ( Manhattan bound and Flushing bound).
Anyone here can figure out the operation and management of local and express
train running
in three rails between Manhattan and Flushing.
