to pray.
"God," the first brother says, "I am a well-known doctor. I have spent
twenty years curing the ill, helping the injured, and comforting the dying,
but before You, I am nothing."
"God," the second brother says, "I am a famous lawyer. I have spent twenty
years defending the innocent and prosecuting the guilty. I have sought
justice in all I do, but before You, I am nothing."
Another man comes into the synagogue, kneels beside them and begins to pray.
"God, I am a janitor, i swept, mop cleaned and dumped garbage everyday, but
before You, I am nothing."
One brother nudges the other and whispers, "look who thinks he's nothing!" | M****s
