state gun license. so recently, a lot of tourists got arrested because they
carry a gun that is licensed in their home state. many of those tourists
are arrested when they tour WTC or empire state building, and tried to check
their gun at the security.
and guess what, i dont think any of them would do the any jail time! |

like i said, there was also a report recently that a newstand on the
sidewalk got shut down because they are like 2 inches over the line... that
newstand has been there for 30 years..

求的（超过时限的是另外一回事），具体执行起来的时候，像任何一个社会制度，当然
免不了出错，免不了有人为的因素，免不了这样那样的问题，但是这个不应该作为不执
行法律的借口，更不应该作为被执法以后的抱怨的借口。

就像法律说惩罚是10-12yrs jail time的话，那10年肯定是会有的一样。

u said 既然这个法律是这样制定的，那就一定要fully pursuit. any reasonable
ppl would know those tourists are law abiding citizens who didnt cause any
harm. the law need to be changed. nobody is gonna fully pursuit the
fucking law in this case, and put those tourists in jail
